When Super Storm Sandy hit the Jersey Shore in October of 2012 our home was flooded with two feet of water and sustained significant damage. Needless to say, our family was devastated. Mario oversaw all phases of our reconstruction and our project came in on budget, ahead of schedule and with outstanding workmanship. Complete Renovation of a 50-Year-Old Home
I hired Prestige Custom Builders to do a complete renovation of a 50-year-old home I purchased several years ago. The project included a full renovation of all but 5 rooms in the house, including kitchen, master suite, an expansion of a 1,000 square feet and replacement of all electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. It was a massive project, complicated by the fact that I needed to live in the home with my two kids throughout the entire renovation. Mario and his team were fantastic throughout the project! Since I worked full time, I needed to trust his team giving full access to my home throughout the project and never once was I disappointed. Mario came in on time and within budget despite a number of complications that only become apparent after holes were dug and walls removed. He was truly a partner throughout the process and the finished product exceeded my expectations. In fact, when the project was done, my sons and I were actually sorry to see the team go.
